Receive a Payment

If you receive child support, here are your options:

  1. Direct Deposit
  2. Electronic Payment Card (EPC)
  3. Standard Bank Check sent to your current mailing address

Direct Deposit

By choosing the direct deposit option, your payment is automatically deposited into your checking or savings account. There are two ways to enroll.

Electronic Payment Card (EPC)

Similar to an ATM card, when a payment is received and processed, it is applied to the EPC. There are two ways to enroll.

Standard Bank Check

Receive checks in the mail to your address on file with Child Support Services. The checks will be sent to you by the State from its disbursement unit. If the non-custodial parent has  made a payment but you did not receive a check, you should make sure that your address on file is accurate. If the address on file is not accurate, you can update it by contacting Child Support Services at (866) 901-3212 or log onto our self-serve Customer Connect website to update your address.
