SECURITY ALERT FOR EPC (Electronic Pay Card) USERS
The California Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) has been alerted to mobile phone applications that may seek personal information from Electronic Pay Card users. Please be aware the Department currently does not use such applications, and instead makes available self-service options to our customers that are well-tested and safe to use.
ATTENTION: ALL ELECTRONIC PAYMENT CARD USERS
Remember to check the fee schedule for your new cards. Each user is allowed 3 free calls per month to check their current balance. There will be a charge for each call after that. Please be advised that the fee schedule was included with the card and previous mailings. If you have any questions regarding your card contact the State Disbursement Unit at 1-866-901-3212.
